Well yeah, they do. This doesn't even look like a zombie. freshly dead, the blood would still be gone from the skin. She would look a little pale. Her skin is warm, rosy cheeks and all. Dead people arn't like that.

Why would they turn into a zombie the instant they die?! Zombies arn't born until three nights after death. People revive people who are pronounced dead all the time.
